Women tend to have different strengths than men…and that can be

complimentary or cause conflict.

1. 1. Have babies- more to it than giving birth
   2. Women tend to focus more on the family and home than men do and that is a good thing. Support and encourage that.
   3. She may handle money and/or money management better than you. This is a great asset and is not a threat, but a compliment.
   4. “What can I do today that will help you out?”
   5. Both partners need to have the attitude that our individual strengths are here to support one another.
   6. If both partners feel encouraged, supported, and accepted, then the relationship has a better opportunity to flourish and provide a healthy environment for the family.
   7. These different strengths are intended to complement one another in marriage, not create conflict.
